Microstructure and properties of hot rolled composite 4343/3003/4343 aluminum alloy brazing foil

The coating rate, microstructure and mechanical properties of 4343/3003/4343 aluminum alloy brazing foils for heat exchanger were studied by optical microscope, electronic tensile testing machine and scanning electron microscope. The results show that the coating thickness of 4343 aluminum alloy brazed foil is uniform and the composite interface is flat. The coating rate of the upper and lower layers of 4343 aluminum alloy brazed foil is 9.3% and 9.4%, respectively. The tensile strength, yield strength and elongation of the aluminum alloy brazed foil are 116.6, respectively MPa, 58.7MPa and 40.3%.
